About the Course

Session 1: Meditation - is it really as life-changing as people claim?

Meditation is supposed to help you understand yourself and the world, to train your brain to stress less and make wiser decisions. These are big claims.

Through exploring ideas and trying some meditation together, we'll discover, indeed, meditation is the key to help you breakout into a fuller expression of your true self.

You are welcome whether you've never meditated before or you've been on the journey a while. There will be workbooks and actions for the week to complete, so you can keep growing in between sessions.

Session 2: Master Your Emotions (the compassionate way)

Without training it's easy to get swept away by the storms of our emotions. And yet, every human being is born with challenging emotions such as grief and anger because they serve a purpose. Through exploring ideas and meditating together, we'll learn how we can meet our emotions with compassion and express ourselves with more groundedness and grace.

Session 3: Master Your Mind (through growing your wisdom)

Our brains can come up with a lot of painful, self-critical, irrational, judgemental thoughts. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an off switch anywhere: as the heart beats, the brain thinks. There is, thankfully, a way that we can Master our Minds: through finding more spaciousness within. We do not fight our thinking but instead grow our wisdom. And with that wisdom we see ourselves and the world more clearly and life becomes easier.

Session 4: How to Actually Keep Up Your Practice

By now you will have experienced just how transformational meditation could be for your life. The hard part? Actually keeping up your practice with all the busyness of modern life. We'll explore simple, short practices that are SUPER easy (and really fun) so that you can finally do a consistent daily practice...

Qi Gong

Become flexible: physically and mentally

One of our basic needs is to move. Every course involves movement, often Qi Gong from ancient China. As we open up our bodies, we open our minds and raise our energy!

Meditation

Develop calm clarity.

Meditation is the core practice to help us live with freedom. As we still the mind, we gain clarity as to who we are really. We naturally become more compassionate to ourselves and others.

Play

Personal growth the playful way 💪✨

We can be sincere without being serious. In all the courses, I’ll invite us to be silly together, to smile at the parts of ourselves that we may normally dislike. Be surprised at play’s transformative power.
